This role is working for a succesful and growing business in the KBB sector selling a range of products mainly focused around the kitchens sector. This role is a National Sales Manager role responsible for a team of 4 sales personel who sell to Retail, Merchants, OEM’s & Contracts (Housebuilders/Developers). Key attributes of the role will be focused on performance management, coaching, quarterly meetings & target settings. You will also be responsible for accounts across the South East & their is a bias on the individual living in the South East.

My client is looking for an individual with experience in managing a sales team. Experience in the KBB industry is also much preferred.
