    Regional Business Manager – Commercial Heating Solutions

    Region: West London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire & Dorset
    Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Company Car
    OTE: £60,000 – £66,000

    A leading manufacturer within the commercial heating and renewable sector is looking to recruit a Regional Business Manager to develop and grow sales across a key southern territory.

    The Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial heating solutions across the region, focusing predominantly on securing specifications and developing relationships with medium to large M&E contractors, independent contractors and installers.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Securing specifications for commercial heating projects
    • Developing relationships with M&E contractors and installers
    • Working with commercial plumbing & heating merchants
    • Engaging with M&E consultants and local authorities where required
    • Conducting site visits and technical consultations
    • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across a territory with significant growth potential
    • Managing projects from specification through to completion

    The role is heavily specification-led and offers a strong mix of account management and new business development.

    The Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have experience selling into M&E contractors and will come from a background within commercial building services or heating products such as:

    • Commercial Boilers
    • Heat Pumps
    • Valves
    • Controls
    • HVAC Products
    • Plumbing & Heating Solutions

    Applicants should possess:

    • Strong commercial awareness
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • The ability to manage their own territory effectively
    • A proactive and driven attitude
    • Experience working within a specification sales environment
