An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing and innovative organisation operating at the forefront of low-carbon heating technology.
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to develop business across the New Build and Social Housing sectors throughout the Northwest. This role will focus on promoting sustainable heating solutions within a market experiencing significant growth due to regulatory and environmental change.
This position would suit a relationship-led sales professional with experience in construction, housebuilding, or building services who enjoys opening doors, developing partnerships, and influencing projects from early design stages through to contract award.
Full technical training will be provided — prior heat pump experience is advantageous but not essential.
Develop and grow relationships with SME developers, housing associations, local authorities, and regional housebuilders.
Identify and secure new opportunities within New Build and Social Housing markets.
Engage projects early to drive specification and secure long-term business.
Act as the primary customer contact throughout the sales lifecycle.
Provide commercial guidance supported by internal technical teams.
Build trusted partnerships that generate repeat business and pipeline growth.
Work closely with technical, design, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support smooth handover from sales through to implementation.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Proven B2B sales experience within New Build / Housing Sector
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Experience working with developers, housing providers, or contractors.
Self-motivated and comfortable managing a regional territory.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Experience within renewable energy, heating, or building services solutions.
Knowledge of low-carbon technologies, heat pumps, or building regulations (training provided).
Competitive salary circa £55,000-£60,000 plus attractive commission structure.
