This role is responsible for securing specifications for premium wood repair and restoration products used to repair and extend the life of timber such as windows, doors, cladding, and roofing. The position is specification-focused and involves working closely with architects, local authorities, and surveyors to ensure products are specified at design and refurbishment stage. The role includes promoting associated services such as surveys, technical support, training courses, and site checks to ensure products are used correctly. You will work closely with a Technical Account Manager covering the same territory, who is responsible for contractor demand, and will support client training and project progression across the region.

The successful candidate will have experience selling technical or construction-related products into a specification led environment and be comfortable engaging with architects, local authorities, and professional consultants. A strong understanding of the specification process, the ability to influence at design stage, and confidence delivering technical presentations or training are important. A stable career history is preferred.
