Location: South of England (preferred base East of Swindon across to Kent, up to Northamptonshire)
Salary: £51,000 – £54,000 basic + £6,000 annual bonus (OTE £60,000)

We are recruiting for an Area Specification Sales Manager to cover the South of England. This is a specification-focused role with a strong emphasis on working with architects and building design practices. You will be responsible for promoting a full portfolio of products, including:
Automatic doors (sliding, swing & revolving)
Commercial glazing and windows
Glass partition walls
Access control solutions
Key responsibilities include:
Developing strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and design practices
Delivering CPD presentations to drive product awareness.
Liaising with end users and, where relevant, engaging with fabricators and contractors.
Working alongside a dedicated internal specification team who provide technical support.
Managing an area turnover of approx. £2.1M with a growth target of £2.4M.

We are looking for a driven individual with experience selling into architects. The product background is flexible – successful candidates may come from related sectors such as curtain walling, glazing, flooring, Ceilings, tiles etc. What matters most is your ability to build relationships with architectural practices and drive specification-led sales.
Previous experience in the glazing or building products industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
