This role is responsible for selling wood repair and restoration products used to extend the life of timber such as windows, doors and cladding. The position is site-based includes generating demand with contractors, while working closely with a regional specification manager to support projects that have been specified. Responsibilities include on-site product sales, promoting repair services, educating contractors on correct usage, and supporting site inspections and quality control. The role is hands-on and requires confidence working at height on live construction sites.

The successful candidate will have proven experience selling technical products directly to site and will be comfortable working in contractor-focused, live construction environments. The role requires a practical, hands-on approach, strong relationship building skills with contractors, and the confidence to demonstrate and advise on product use. Candidates must be comfortable working at height and spending regular time on active sites. A stable career history is preferred, with evidence of long-term commitment in previous roles.
