Since joining Courtney Smith Group in 2024, Callum has quickly made an impact as our new Recruitment Resourcer. His responsibilities include engaging with candidates to understand their needs, sourcing talent through job boards, headhunting potential candidates, and contributing to business development with his energetic and positive approach.

Outside of work, Callum enjoys watching and playing a range of sports like football and golf, spending time with his family, and staying active in the gym.
