    David Boyce

    Associate Director

    David joined Courtney Smith Group in 2006, initially focusing on business development through client acquisition, prospecting, and expanding into new market sectors. His early success led to his promotion to Senior Consultant in 2008.

    Today, David oversees the full recruitment cycle for a range of major brands and key accounts across all areas of the building industry. A consistent top performer and multi-year award winner, he has been a cornerstone of the team for nearly two decades and will proudly celebrate 20 years with the company in 2025.

    David is often the first to arrive and the last to leave—bringing a level of energy, commitment, and professionalism that consistently sets him apart.

    In October 2025, David was promoted to Associate Director in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the company and his exemplary work ethic.

    Outside of work, David leads a busy and active life. A proud father of three boys, including twins, he spends most weekends on the sidelines across Hertfordshire and Essex, cheering them on at their football matches.
