Having joined the company in 2006, David initially focused on generating new clients, prospecting, and expanding into new business sectors. Thanks to his success in this role, he transitioned to a Senior Consultant position in 2008.

Today, David manages the full recruitment process for major brands and key accounts across all sectors within the building industry. A frequent top-performer and multi-year award recipient, he’s been a cornerstone of the team and will celebrate 20 years with the company in 2025.

Known for his unmatched work ethic, David is often the first to arrive and last to leave, bringing energy and enthusiasm that keep him ahead of the competition.

Outside of work, David leads an active life. He is a proud father of three boys, including twins, and spends his weekends traveling across Hertfordshire and Essex to support them at their football games.
