Max joined Courtney Smith Group in 2012 having spent 2 years in sales recruitment in London. Max is a jovial and lively character.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, Max is responsible for managing relationships with some of Courtney Smith Group’s most prestigious clients. Max has won the award for the top Business Development Manager on numerous occasions. Max is one of the most trusted and hardworking individuals within the company.

Outside of work Max is an active family man with 4 young boys keeping him occupied. He is also a West Ham season ticker holder. He plays football, golf and cricket in his spare time.
