Nathan began his career with Courtney Smith in September 2017, following the completion of a sales apprenticeship. He quickly found his footing within the team and showed a natural flair for construction sales recruitment. His early impact was clear, and he rapidly progressed from a trainee resourcer to a fully-fledged recruitment consultant.

Over the years, Nathan has built strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a key part of the team. His competitive edge and drive to succeed have been instrumental in his growth and success within the business.

Outside of work, Nathan’s passion for sport – particularly football – fuels his ambition and resilience. A dedicated Southampton FC supporter, he brings that same loyalty and determination to his professional life.
