Nathan’s Courtney Smith career started back in September 2017 on the back of finishing an apprenticeship in sales. After fitting into the team fairly quickly and taking to construction sales recruitment, Nathan immediately stamped his authority and became a valuable asset. He progressed from a trainee resource into a fully fledged recruitment consultant building key relationships with both candidates and clients.

His drive and hunger to succeed comes from his competitive nature being in and around sport especially football. He is an avid Southampton fan.
