Tony is the founder of Courtney Smith Group and a respected figure in the recruitment industry, having started his career in 1988. With decades of experience and an unrivaled reputation, Tony has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success and standing within the building products sector.

In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Tony was proudly invited to join the Worshipful Company of Builders Merchants in 2015, becoming a Freeman of the City of London.

Outside of work, Tony has been happily married since 1996 and is a proud father to his daughter. A lifelong West Ham United supporter, he has held a season ticket since 1976. His other passions include cycling and walking, often enjoying the outdoors whenever time allows.
